Psalm 46:1-3

"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore

will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried

into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the

mountains shake with the swelling thereof."

Psalm 46:10

"Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will

exalted in the earth."

Psalm 61:2-3

"From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed:

lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For thou has been a shelter for me, and a

strong tower from the enemy."

Psalm 62:5-8

"My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from Him. He only is my

rock and my salvation: He is my defense; I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and

my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. Trust in him at all

times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah"

Psalm 73:23-28

"Nevertheless I am continually with thee: thou has holden me by my right hand. Thou

shalt guide me with thy counsel and afterward receive me to glory. Whom have I in

heaven but thee? and there is none upon the earth that I desire besides thee. My

flesh and my heart faileth but God is the strength of my heart and my portion

forever."
